Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Silver Rock Consulting, Bob Coletti is responsible for managing internal operations for the firm. He supports Silver Rock engagements and serves as a sounding board for a number of functional areas including talent, finance and infrastructure.

Prior to his engagement with Silver Rock Consulting, Bob was an entrepreneur having started-up Columbia Resource Group, an executive search firm.  He also spearheaded efforts to create an integrated planning system for a $150 million manufacturer of textile related products. He was recognized for improving performance through an organizational and process redesign that improved KPIs by up to 25%. Bob also effectively managed the essential building blocks in customer engagement, product development and product management and expanded business for that manufacturer by $30M over a 3-year period, increasing ROI from 11% to 28%.

Bob leverages 20+ years of expertise as an operations, supply chain, product, marketing and sales executive in the manufacturing sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Columbia Business School in New York City.
