Scott Hippensteel is a client engagement expert at Silver Rock Consulting. He serves as the company’s product design innovation and commercialization expert, leveraging 24 years of experience in leadership marketing roles – including more than 30 years of marketing, sales and field clinical management expertise in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
Scott’s experience includes management of high-performance, integrated global product teams across functional matrixed organizations – large and mid-cap corporations, as well as private equity owned corporations that service both acute care and the alternate site spaces. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, device and pharmaceutical industries and has previously worked with global companies, including Becton Dickerson (BD), CareFusion, Ohio Medical and Baxter International.
Scott has a passion for supporting revenue growth in organizations through strategic plan creation, upstream product development, downstream program marketing and product commercialization, market research, product branding strategies, segmentation, product positioning and value proposition design.
He obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky with a double major in Marketing and Finance. Scott also co-founded the Medical Device Marketing forum in Chicago, IL.
